salt blocks that touareg caravans take at Fachi and Bilma then they cross the Teneré in Sahara Desert to Agadez region. There they sells salt.

je trouve cette presi de vue tres belle de part son originalité. je n'aurai jamais imaginé des blocs de sel...tous les blocs sont nets, la luminosité est tres bonne....superbe!
quelle taille ont ces blocs?

Hello,
well, there's something I learned about the world today! Very original subject, definately something you don't see every day. Very good composition and angle, good color tone. The contrast seems just a bit too high to me, but hey, it's the Sahara, I guess the light must have been strong.

This is a very interesting image.The shot works well as a bold pattern even without knowing what the subject is - that remains a mystery until we read your note.
The texture and colour is shown well.
Simple but fascinating.
