Welcome to TE.
The image has the charme of the landscapes with fog, but I think sincerely that he is something defocused. I have made a WS applying adjustments in way to increase the contrast and to give it more depth.

Hi Christopher,

this is really nice capture. Beautiful layers of fog give great sense of distance, most lovely tones of blue dominated this landscape of nightfall. Due to heavy light condition image has a lot of noise (next time I advise the use of tripod if you have that possibility). I removed some of this noise in workshop and added a frame. It is alternative of this beautiful capture of your. I hope you'll like it.

Very good balanced picture, composition works. At very up that tree branch gives more deepness. Little bit dark scanned, but other way, it gives some more peacefull feeling.
"Fog ocean" have been catched, this all ends to the far away backside mountain.
