This was taken in oprhanage at Ruhengeri where we stayed for a few of days for gorilla trekking and to do some repairs in the orphanage.

Welcome to TE!! You start with a fantastic photo! It's a superb portrait bith excellent focus and cropping. I also like the eye-contact.
I just think that the face is a bit too dark. I've run out of workshops for today, but if you want, I can send you one tomorrow!

Hi Petteri!
That is a great portrait! What a beautiful, sweet face and expression. With the contrast of the fur around her head, she is radiant! The details on her face are sharp just enough, not too much, which would have spoiled the smoothness of the skin, and the DOF, with a green background, is very good too. Great job! And a remarkable first entry on TE!

This is a beautiful picture of a beautiful girl! The eye contact, the slight ever so slight smile (maybe it is just in the eyes) and the surprising fury hood make this a lovely portrait!
