Photographer's Note

The year 2018 comes to the end so from me this picture of the sunset in Sine Saloum in Senegal.
The people are important, I was delighted to take nothing special pictures with the scenes from everyday life. But nature is also important for me. I had the pleasure to visit in Senegal two national parks listed in UNESCO World Heritage. I have shown already the painted wolves from Niokolo Koba. Here Saloum Delta. We went around in small boats. Short before sunset the hundreds of birds gather in mangroves.

A true ornithological paradise, it has almost all of the 650 bird species that Senegal hosts (which makes it the second best country in the world to visit for a keen ornithologist).
