Welcome back to TE. After reading your introduction I check your photos and noticed that you have been absent for quite a long time. I hope you are returning with lots of photos and critiques too.
The photo has a quite good POV over a city that looks very small. Other than that, I would say that the picture needs a bit of improvement. The horizon is tilted to the left, the sky is too burned out and it lacks sharpness over all. Keep posting.
