Many tourists come to enjoy Sierra Leone's unique natural beauty, to sit on secluded white sandy beaches, to climb through unspoilt rainforests and to wade through refreshing waterfalls.
The landscape remains a lush tropical paradise.

This is Lumley beach in Freetown situated in Aberdeen close to a lot of local restaurants and nightclubs.
In the weekdays you'l see many fishermen with their nets and canoes,and in the weekends lot of people swiming, playing football, volley ball, and many barbeques along the shore some families under coconut trees. Really...it's a wonderful place to explore.

Hi Hussein,

I enjoy discovering your pictures from Sierra Leone, with some notes about the natural beauties of the country... I would like dearly to visit one day. The only thing that bothers me is that I don't want to face violence and it is the idea that comes out when we mention Sierra Leone. But your picture shows the contrary: a very relaxed place and a positive side of the country's life. I wonder how it is to travel in Sierra Leone with local transportations, and how to manage with the language?...

Hi Hussein,

The diagonal line of the beach take our eyes toward the hill in the background. The capture of the wave coming to shore is an asset to the composition. The light has a good on the colors. An area to enjoy and relax. Have a nice day.
