I actually timed this guy who was jogging by capturing him in one frame together with the birds and on the foreground The Freetown Peninsula. One of the three birds steadily kept wathing the young man who was in exercise.

Hello Hussein,
A well composed picture. The birds make an interesting foreground, and the man in his orange shirt is perfectly placed against the background of the forested hill.

Hi Hussein,
The colour of the T-shirt is in very good harmony with the blue-green hillside in the background. The birds are also an important part of this fine picture.
