Royal National Park (RNP) is situated in the Kwazulu Natal Drakensberg. This south-facing slope has probably been burnt, hence the bright green colours during the spring months. The 'royal' section was added during the 50s after the British Royal Family visited the park.
Image was captured on Fuji film, negatives were scanned at a high resolution.

Nice composition with the undulating slopes filling up most of the frame. Perfect exposure. Very good scanned. At what resolution do you scan yours? I do mine at around 15 MB. Regards. Latiff.

Hi W. I love the way the slopes roll along into the background and then are stopped by the hill moving in from the right. The greens are amazing; from the dark of the bush at the top moving to the rich greens on the slopes and the more grey green in the back. The eye is taken for a wonderful journey. Great work.
