| Graaff-Reinet is a great place to hang out and watch the local people go about their every day lives. Graaff-Reinet was also the hometown of Robert Sobuke, one of South Africa's great leaders who spend years in jail for his fight against apartheid. |

Hi Spiros,
wonderful capture of daily life! Sharp and colorful. I especially *love* the shadow! It looks like it's off of a billboard for a movie. Great capture, excellent pov!
Thanks,
Linda
Hello Spiros,
In a way, this is a very simple picture, but it has a lot of character and atmosphere. Just two people and the shadows cast by the strong sun against the light wall. But there is something about their postures, the way the woman holds her arms, her handbag, the folding of her skirt, the red window, that makes this picture quite memorable. A very "clean" and distinct composition.
I like it.
Regards,
Gert

Kalimera Spiros. Great moment under the sun. The colours are wonderful and vibrant and the light so bright and warm, casting dark and well defined shadows.Simple but stunning, showing us that great pictures are possible without having to climb mountains or crossing deserts. Regards. Klaudio.
Hello Spiros! Funny how she studies him, and I wonder what she thought, maybe he was not dressed properly in her eyes ... (a typical thought of a woman, I know). There is a wonderful mood in this photo and his shadow is the extra bonus in this shot. Nice note and slowly we begin to forget what once was. Take care, Barbara.
