[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
A camel market outside of Khartoum, about 40 minutes outside of town.
The picture has been taken in the morning, but the temperature was already picking up with a 42 degrees C.

I re-posted this photograph, since I now know much more about Photoshop as when I posted this one before!
- Adjusted curves;
- Unsharp mask to lighter and darker;
- Gradual layer cyan, with opacity, in the top;
- Stamped out a head of a camel to the left far away wall, which was a bit distracting;
- Adjusted contrast;
- Adjusted saturation;
- Added a white frame.

It is very interesting view with many, many camels. Good composition, good idea and nice warm colours.

Hi Dennis,
Good picture but I'm not sure it's really so much better :o))
No single salesman on your picture. Where are they?
Best wishes
Marc

Hi Dennis,
I prefer this one, with no doubt : it is sharper, the light is better managed and I like the fact that you added a frame.
There is a salesman on the right of the last camel, close to the green shutter :-)
Cheers,
Marianne

Hey Dennis.

Great picture here. The changes you have made are great as well. Your knowledge of photoshop also continues to impress me! Now I'm quite tempted to add a salesman in the background somewhere. But I won't!

Thanks for sharing.

Hallo Dennis,

Goed gedaan, bedankt.

Prettig weekend,
John.

Hi Dennis,
a great shot of the camels, I see the blue gradient layer, very good work, it looks pretty real! The colors and shaprness are nice, seems your PP skills in photoshop are quite good. A very nice shot, I agree with Marc, where are the salesmen?

Take care
Mark

Hello Dennis
Seen similar setting in the desert around Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. I compared with your original post, don't see that much difference though (except the sky). Looks like, the camels are very curious..but they are timid creatures. This setting could easily be from my country, so much are the similarities. Good work Dennis
Best Wishes
Angshu

Dennis,
The sunlight seemed quite brutal here for photograph, but the scene is certainly worth the effort, and you did a great job on it with very good details and not overexposed it. Good sharpness and details on this resting camels. Good composition of them scatter around. Thanks for sharing.

Hahaha, great shot Dennis. They are really fascinated by you and your camera. They can't keep their eyes off of you. I like your angle here, with the lack of people. I may have gotten a bit closer to eliminate a bit of the foreground, but a good shot regardless.

Regards,
David
