It would be fair to suppose that North Africa would be sunny most of the time, and being on the edge of the Sahara there might be little rain.
But no, at some times of the year it rains and rains much to the delight of the locals but to the sadness of tourists who want to lie in the sun.
This day it came down with heavy rain, in the picture a young couple shelter under a sun shade waiting for the rain to pass.
