Photographer’s Note
Ksar Ouled Soltane - a fortified ksar, located 22 km from Tataouine is known as the most beautiful in Tunisia . The ksar is spread out over two courtyards, each of them has a perimeter of multi-story vaulted granary cellars. These cellars, called "ghorfas", served to store some reserve of food, mainly cereal.
