This is a picture taken in Nasambya hospital in Kampala.
As you can see it is built in the old style with single story buildings in beautiful grounds. In many developing countries the patient may or may not have to pay for treatment and they may or may not have to pay for drugs and other bits and pieces need for their treatment.
Food has to be provided by relatives or friends, clothes and sheets also have to be washed by the same people. Here we see these helpers relaxing in the grounds of the hospital.
It is a really attractive hospital compared with modern multi story places.
