Photographer’s Note
Most of the week I was in Kampala was warm but overcast with daily rain showers, the rains had come early. The hottest moment was waiting outside Mengo hospital, where I had been working,for a taxi. It was midday and hot.Being just north of the equator the sun was right overhead.
This lady, sensibly, was using a sunshade.
