Photographer’s Note
The going rate is 1 or 2 dollars (500 or 1000 dram in local currency) depending on whether you drive a 20 year old lada or zjiguli or a newer model volga or mercedes.
But it is a shame for the country - even if I understand police officers earn very little - just to "fish for drivers" (as a good and very lucid armenian friend once called it to me).
