Photographer’s Note

a khorovats, an armenian barbecue is always a nice experience shared with friends. A rather unique feature is the preparation of vegetables as tomatoes, green peppers and eggplant. These are almost burned, but then the skin is peeled of.
This generates some very tastefull dishes. Especially with the tomatoes being just excellent in the country.

I bet that especially the eggplants are very tasty doen this way over the fire.
