Photographer’s Note

Saying some toast is extremely popular in Armenia, and goes with drinking vodka or cognac, eventually wine. Even a little picnic can not do it without, but one must say the hospitality in Armenia is tremendous, and from time to time leaves one speechless. It was not different with these village people.
I thought some B/W might add to the atmosphere.

As in the first version the faces sorted out to dark, I made those a bit lighter, which should enhance the whole

I approve the BW choice.
It gives that scene an "outimed" mood.
This picture could have been token in 1950, 1960,1970,1980...or earlier.
