Photographer’s Note

This man is one of the many friendly armenians I have met during my travels, but he was among the best. Hospitality is very real there.
Here he poses with his mother in the background, meeting us a second occasion when we returned to the village of Buzhakan.
Anyone who might meet him, give him my greetings!

Hi Marc,
the portrait photography is not my strong point, but I immediately have a kindly feeling toward this man. I can see the goodness in him eyes and him smyle.

Hello Marc,
I looked up this old photo because I have in mind that maybe I will be able to go to Armenia before I get too old (hopefully Georgia too, but not for the moment). These people look very kind and you have captured this very well. You have also composed the picture nicely, in very good colours.
Also I would like to thank you for putting me on your favourites' list. That was kind of you.
