A picture taken from my cabin on a boat going through the Ganges delta in southern Bangladesh in December 1972.

Hej Gert,
Although I guess it wasn´t, this really looks like a paradise. Fine and warm colours and fine reflections in the water.

Hej Gert,
Mycket varm och behaglig färgskala. Det förefaller vara sent på eftermiddagen, med tanke på de långa skuggorna. Bra scanning.

Beautiful photo. Very nice scan. I just think the boats have a liitle bit distracting white spots.

Hejsan Gert
I once was in Bangladesh, under horrifying circumstances, flying with I think Biman Airlines when the breaks didn't work properly and the jumbo jet landed in a field with water buffalos and surprised farmers. but thats ages ago.
I like this very south asian colorcheme, the relative calm, the coconut trees and the tropical shades. not to bad for being from a slide.
and The kodak gold is shining trough.

It seems an evening time capture. How nice the scenary is! You are really lucky that you enjoyed the scene practically.

Hej Gert,
very good photo for a scanned one! Clear view and good sharpness.
I agree with BitemeJack about the white spots on the boats, but I guess there's not much that could be done about it as the sun was shining brightly... and also, it's a film and a scan!
I like the fact that there's a man in the picture, and I like the warm colours and peaceful atmosphere.
regards,
Elena
