Photographer’s Note
This picture is on the border of Bhutan and India. As the title suggests the arch is the gateway to Bhutan. The picture has been taken from the Indian side. Phuentsholing is the town on the Bhutanese side and it is the main land entry point to the landlocked country.

Interesting shot, there are a couple of things that I feel detract from it though.. Firstly I'd rotate it at least 1 degree CCW - the gate isn't straight! I'd clone out the specks in the sky - I'd guess caused by a dirty scanner. I'd consider using contrast masking to improve the shadow detail. Finally I suggest you sharpen it to bring out some of the detail :-)
