Photographer's Note

Monks collecting alms on a humid morning somewhere in downtown Phnom Penh, an irresistible situation and so very Cambodian in my eyes. My camera was still primed on manual mode and this was the result from a quick burst of closed-in shots at 200 mm, set to full aperture.

Merely a spectacle of monk's ordinary life and routine on the street, a similar scene is probably repeated daily at roughly the same time..

Setting: 200 mm, 1/800 sec, F2.8, ISO Raw 200, 0843 hrs
