Photographer's Note
One of the many large stone head carvings across a river at the entry of one of Angkor Wat ancient temples. The river was used around 1000 years ago to bring the building stone some 60 km from the quarry.

Hi Murray,
Lovely view indeed. Cambodia is a wonderful mix of stunning nature and ancient culture as we can also see it here in your shot, hope to visit it next time.

Hello Murray
Interestingly enough the ancients architecture is still standing strong today, how will our present day architecture stand up to the elements of time, I think not! I like the POV with the head seemingly guarding the river. Nicely captured.
Cheers Peter

Hi Murray,
The stone head is sending my eyes toward the trees in the background which is giving deoth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the stone head. The quality of the light is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.
