Hello John
A very sad photo, you have captured the grim reality quite well. YOu should try to repost the photo in a larger format. You are able to do it up to 800 X 600 pixels. Otherwise from a composition point of view, I thin if you had framed it a bit above, the kid would be on the lower left corner and it would be more balanced, plus you might have captured more of the rubbish to add to the environment.
