Photographer’s Note
This is one of the fields in the Angkor Wat temple.
Another shot from the monsoon season in Cambodia. Because of the time of the year, the climate and rain frequency the colours are so fresh. It rains almost everyday. Not a perfect weather for photography, you have to be careful for the camera.
On the other hand views are awesome. You have to observe the sky and the wind which is likely to change not to be surprised by the weather.
Clouds like this can come out of nowhere especially when you are in the jungle and cannot see far.
It's a very interesting moment when half of the sky is covered with clouds and the ground is still lit by the sun.

Michal: super, heavy saturated colors. Perhaps a good candidate for the panorama feature here on TE. It's a less seen aspect of Angkor here. best, c

Hello Michal,
The colors and the light are beautifully intense here, and the sky ... better run for cover I guess ...
I like the compo here with the temple and the high palm trees in front of it on the right and the large green field surrounded by trees in front of it.
Well done.

Impressive clouds and colors. Panoramic view is well done. Details as people in the middle of the parc and front of the monaster on the right is great.

Excellent shot Michal. The cloudy sky on the background really gives the subject great light. They contrast each other well. Nice colorful too. Well done. Sothy

Great colours and clouds... but knowing how much I hate rain when I travelled, I am happy I visited cambodia during the dry season though :O) Cheers, Tibo

Michal,
great colours, I have been to Angkor in the dry season, but your photos make me want to go in the rainy season...
I would have liked to see a bit more of the temple in this one...
