Photographer’s Note

One of the children of the book sellers on the streets of Siem Reap. She is sitting in the book cart. I don't like the empty white space in the upper right hand corner put I left it in the photo as a trade off to keep the Nao in the photo at the bottom...(and truthfully Nao is her father's name)

Weird...another case of the same person appearing in images from different Trekearthers...

The closer crop here adds a different perspective, brings you closer to the wee child - beautiful eyes you have captured. Well done!

It's a strong shot and to be honest I prefer to the other one pointed out by James-r. I know a lot of the street children in Cambodia are used and abused by mafia/gangs to beg for money which they never see. At least these booksellers, with the stands may be a little bit more legitimate, but I wouldn't bank on it.

It looks like you specialize in taking picutres of cute young ladies. I like the owner's introduction - good icebreaker.
Again the quality is great. You shouldn't point out the inperfections in your pictures - without your note I wouldn't even have noticed that something was wrong with the corner.

Oh I missed this one, or it was before my time!!
What empty space in the upper right?! I'ts full of books! Gives the eye a bit of rest. The sharpness, the letters, the slightly out of focus background. This is a great shot!!!
