One of the Tuol Sleng prison's cell
 |
|
| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
The site is a former high school, in the center of the Cambodian’s capitol, which was adopted for Security Prison by the Khmer Rouge between 1975 – 1979. Out of an estimated 17,000 people imprisoned at Tuol Sleng, there were only twelve known survivors.
By doing this picture I tried to extract different mood of this place. I tried to make it more friendly, more warmly.
I used a tripod to overexposure everything outside the window (a lot of green trees)
Postproduction by slightly adjusting saturation

Welcome to TE, Stepien!
Its a nice first post, where the lights are rich and create nice effects. The composition is also very good!
Have fun in TE!
Regards from Brazil!

Hi Krzysztof,
an excellent image formation that you got here. The idea to overexpose it is good, maybe you did it a bit too much.
The story is terrible, but we must not look the other way.
Compliments, Chris
