The last rays from the setting sun reflects off the rippled water, the resting boat are waiting for another day at sea...

Hi Andreas,

I really fail to understand how you call it nothing special. This is very special , at least to me. The colors are so fascinating . Most impressive sunset silhouettes have ever seen! The capture is so good . Look at the sun going in to sea still with oval shape. IN most case the shape gets drowned by the colors .. You sure have a great cam out there.

I also admire the framing here! Specially with the boat , bay and the sun. Nice quality too!

Hallo Andreas,
A classic one, but everytime a joy to see, at least for me. Setting the sun and calling it a day is something i always photograpgh without doing anything with those pictures. But ehre, presenting this one is a very nice one. The boats in front create a wonderful focalpoint, but also the slik orange/red sky is very beautiful...i like it.

Hi, Leo. A carefully composed image with the boats in a row pointing towards the setting sun. I like the small rounde beach in the foreground that contrasts with the lines of the boats. Very nice atmosphere. Most Belgians have to go to work tomorrow. Unfortunately ;o)!

Sonnenuntergänge werden ohne Ende hochgeladen, da hast du Recht. Das Thema mag also trivial sein, aber wenn´s gut umgesetzt ist, dann macht´s nach wie vor Spaß, sich solche Motive anzuschauen. Dieses ausgesprochen stimmungsvolle Foto gehört definitiv zu den lohnenswerten.

Hello Andreas

In my opnion this is one of those photos that simply spur the imagination and really makes you want to travel to the location. With my own interest in mind it is always a location I would wish to photograph.

I think the overall impression is marvellous.
Composition is used well, especially with this curvature of the beach being the ground factor to lead the view into the siluettes of the boats and then further into the warm colour of the setting sun.
The other technical settings seem to have been perfect as well. By this I am refering to the way the horizon is just a haze that blends together the sea and the gradually warmer sky.
