Prayers offered and heard ... the door is opened ... and we're free! Free to fly again.
Every day, but more so on weekends, people come to the small temples on the Tonlé Sap River in front of the Royal Palace. Some of them purchase 1, 2 or a whole cage of birds to hear their prayers and then carry them to the gods. These ladies had purchased about 10 birds and were in the process of releasing them. |
