This picture is of the Shangrila office complex in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The skies of chengdu are normally covered with fog/smog throughout the year. Sighting the sun or sky is a rare experience.
Happened to look skywards on this day and lo behold, blue sky with the building in the foreground.
