Photographer’s Note
This is typical of the food stalls we bought breakfast and lunch from during our tour of China. Conditions were basic but the food was hot and tasty. None of our group were ill all tour. For less than $1 we could buy steamed buns or pancakes. Far more positive for the local Chinese people than us paying much more to eat the Chinese version of 'western food' in the large hotels.
