I used my hands to crop his forehead almost to the eyebrows and a corresponding amount of the right side and it seems to improve the shot. The way it is now, it makes his forehead look unnaturally broad. otherwise all is good.

Love that solemn expression that only very young children are capable of. Yes, the forehead does look too bulbous - I'd crop it out.

Crop it out and you loose the uniqueness of his face.

I'd say the votes are 2 for, 1 against.

Its now 2-2. Don't you crop it! I find it is a very well composed portrait and that tiny face in that huge head is precisely what make your young friend break the cuteness scale...

Simple and expressive! Nothing as the inocence of a child to make it so expressive. And the fact that it is in black and white it makes it even more pretty!
