After a stroll in the beautiful Turpan bazaar and market we aimed to Sugonta or Emin minaret.
There were about 4km to reach that place so we decided to rest a while in contacting an old man who were passing on the main street with a donkey cart.
He agreed to carry us to Sugonta.

My uyghur speech was surely simple, maybe too simple so while moving I kept on assuring him about our aim along the way “Sugonta, Sugonta!”.
He nodded his head and started to sing at the top of his voice several songs that made laughing all the people along the way!

The back of the cart where we was sitting was quite dirty – I supposed he was a butcher – but we didn’t mind about so we nicely spent our way on that bone-rattling-donkey-cart-taxi thru dusty but bustling streets until we reached our aim almost in the countryside.

Ciao Luca,
bello questo primo piano nonostante che è un po' datato ed è stato scannerizzato.L'immagine è nitida con una buona definizione,i colori sono ben saturi tendenti un po' sul giallo.Bella anche l'espressione spontanea del signore.Non avrei mai detto però che l'hai scattata in Cina perchè i tratti somatici non sembrano tipicamenti cinesi.

Belle physionomie,visage bien buriné par le soleil les années, l'éclairage de coté n'enleve rien au détails du coté gauche
