Hello Srinivasan,

What better way to start the year than with a stunning array of flowers and a friendly bumble bee. It is very positive and is a good omen to the year ahead. TE is not about flower close-ups I know, but you are allowed to do this I think because of its message and also the good inclusion of background details. The colours are simply perfect, and the sharpness on it and the bee is wonderful. Excellent contrast, saturations and framing. Indeed, a very warm and happy New Year, 2008, to you!

Lovely way to wish a Happy New Year.It is indeed a wonderful phenomenon and you have presented it very nicely.The colourful flower with the little bee in the middle of it gives real life to the composition.I just feel, the composition is lacking in contrast and it is just bit too bright for my likings,

This shot is most unusual, it includes the minute details just inches away from your camera, yet it also has a fantastic sense of depth.
