BRINJAL FRY: One of our favourite dishes
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins

Ingredients
Big seedless green or purple brinjals -2
Oil - for frying
salt - 1tsp
turmeric powder- 1 tsp

Method
1) Wash & slice the brinjals into thin round slices.
2) Mix the turmeric & salt in plate.
3) Take each slice of the brinjal & spread the turmeric & salt mixture on both sides & leave it for about 10 minutes.
4) heat oil to a moderate heat & fry the brinjal slices in it.
5) you may take it out of the frying pan & place it on a plate with a tissue on it,so that it blots the excess oil.
