Situated at about 8000+ feet altitude, Rishyap provides beautiful panoramic view of the Eastern Himalyan peaks including the magestic Mt. Kanchenjungha, Siniolchu, Pandim and others. The area provides a beautiful scenic views of greenary with the with lofty peaks at the backdrop and clouds scattered haywire.
Unfortunately when we had visited Rishyap, we received rains, fog and clouds. But we were witness to a beautiful natural visual. The morning was foggy and we could not see the sunrise magic on the white peaks.
A little depressed when we were taking photographs of bees, beatles and flowers, suddenly we saw a cloud mass approaching a hill facing us. The cloud body instead of disintegrating at the hill top or covering it, it started descending the hill top, which has a slight curve at the top, like a glacier body. We all got completely speechless by the visual and forgot to click our cameras. I managed to get this at the last moment just before the cloud dispersed and became foggy.
Hope you all like it. |
