Hi Caleb, I like the way you've framed or positioned them here, leaving room to include the interesting colours, textures and objects such as the charpoy leaning against the wall. Rich warm colours bring the whole image to life. A great portrait shot.

I was precisely wondering about the distorsions before reading the short note but in the same time I find her expression very deep and intense - it makes the photo really touching and the context is great too. Splendid colours.

the distortion doesn't bother at all. Certain shots are really not about the technicalities, but about the story being told. This shot celarly fullfills latter. Great portrait with perfect placement of the two kids.

the two look gorgeous; i think, even though i see the contextual motive, i would have preferred a closer look at them in this case. as to distortion (if 10-22 was all you had in hand there), if it bothered me, i could have placed them in the center and then recropped the result afterwards (to place the subjects off center if needed). in the center there should be little distortion if any. pardon my babbling here: 2 greend devils to the beautiful street scene!
