McLeodGanj, also known as Upper Dharmshala, is a suburb of Dharmshala in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, India. Known as "Little Lhasa" due to its large population of Tibetan refugees. The Tibetan Government in Exile is headquartered in McLeod Ganj.
