the building in the frame is the himachal tourism hotel at sarahan. it is placed perfectly on the edge of the mountain side and this view is from its lawn.
the peaks in view are the srikhand range of which the main peak is the srikhand peak. This peak though snow bound in winters, opens in the summer months for a trek. Pilgrims undertake this trek to reach the top of the peak where a stone is revered as srikhand mahadev - or lord shiva.
