Jaydeep,
like your earlier post, the sky is completely overexposed with no detail what so ever. on the other hand, the foreground remains underexposed. these types of scenes are difficult to meter, more so with a compact camera like yours.
if your camera offers some manual control, then underexpose the picture so that the sky is properly exposed. the heavily underexposed foreground may be recovered with an editing software afterwards.
there are various other methods to meter such scenes... like using a GND filter, but thats for SLR cameras.
