Photographer's Note

The facade of the church collapsed in 1942 CE with only the northeast corner and its 46 metres high belfry remaining upright. The appearance of the church was similar to that of the others in Old Goa. There were 5 bays, including 2 towers with 4 levels. The span of the nave was probably in excess of 20 metres. Work has been ongoing to preserve what is left for quite some years.
