Photographer’s Note
Below the massive Amber fort lies the town of Amber, just north of Jaipur. Amber was the ancient capital of Jaipur state.
Here a nut & sweet vendor waits for customers. I liked the way the cart seems to blend in with the background surroundings.

what i really love in your shots are the colours and looking your gallery i realised that India is a country full of colours!!!
in this shot i love pastel hues of the surroundings and of course the fact that you show us one more scene of Indian's everyday life!!

Hello Wanda!
Excellent daily life scene, fantastic portrait of a man at work, with an interesting and colourful background! Very "natural" take, with well studied framing and composition and great light managment! Congratulations!

Yes Wanda,
what you described in your note is exactll how I felt looking at your picture. I like how every element blends in to creat an almost 2D shot.

Hoi Wanda,
Niet veel veranderd denk ik toen ik daar was 13 jaar geleden, nog steeds rommel op straat ;-)
Mooi hoe die letters op de muur in de achtergrond geframed zijn in het kader van de kar, heel fraai neergezet.
Groetjes,
Henk

Hi Wanda,
I see a good contrast in this one: the noble white suit of the man and the chaotic background.
Good one !
Cheers Christian

Wanda: details, details, details - and perhaps it would take someone who appreciates the frenzy of India to soak them all in. Nice work. regards, c

Hi Wanda,
This one was definitely an interesting subject, and just like you, I have aimed my camera to capture it, but you have done a much better job than I am.
The right choice of lens, the proper distance and a frame that allows to see the environment in which this vendor lives were a winning combination.
Although this image scream loud and clear India, it's always a bonus to catch some script on the walls that brings an additional touch of exotism.
My compliments,
André
