Photographer's Note

One of Jaipur's most attractive buildings dating back to the Rajput period, Hawa Mahal was constructed by Sawai Pratap Singh to enable the ladies of royal household to witness every day life activities and royal processions from safety and comfort.
This building is hard to photograph. The streets are packed, you are up-close, so you never get a "clean" shot unless you come at night. This give a different feeling to the building all over. I kept the 2 people on the floor in the shot, just to give a reference point of size.
