This photograph is of Ramzan, our camel guy. Was taken in the Sam sand dunes near Jaisalmer. When the sun was setting, seeing Ramzan in a thoughtful and pensive mood, the beauty and the relevance of the moment suddenly struck me. And the result was this photograph.
ps: I am suddenly wondering if it fits in TE though...

good focus on the face of the old man. the light was beautiful.
i don't like the "artificial" sun on the right and the high noisy on th ebackside.
but the portrait is really wonderful.

Apart from mountains,stangely potraits fascinate me..people see 20 pictures on a page and one strikes your eyes...
the subject so deep in emotion...says a thousand words...very sharp content..and it's the whole composition against the receeding sun.
[ You've been around for sometime..would appreciate it if you rush through my album and give a view ]
