I also want to choose 'daily life' for this picture as it is the daily life of that little mongoose there.

Ok I like this picture because of the tall dry grass which hides the animal at places (i know best would have been if its face was not hidden while rest of the body could have shades) but this is how it is.
And I like the way its looking directly at the camera and 'U'!!

For those who do not know, "mongoose" is a mammal, a nocturnal animal which feeds on reptiles. It is a part of an interlinking food chain of two different species of mammals and reptiles. It has a life span of 8 to 10 yrs and a female starts reproducing at the age of 1 and 1/2 yrs. It is an agile animal.

Mongoose and snakes (specially fighting) form a vivid part of Indian fables.

i like the effect of the grass in the foreground, the colors and the way the mongoose is looking straight at you.
