Mahananda II : This is the second photograph from the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary.In this shot you can see a spot where wild animals including leopards and bisons come to drink water inside the wildlife sanctuary.A small stream flows down the Darjeeling hills and passes through the sanctuary only to join the Mahananda river later.The Mahananda River is a trans-boundary river that flows through the Indian states of West Bengal and Bihar, and Bangladesh. Right bank tributary Mechi forms part of Nepal's eastern boundary with West Bengal and the Kankai crosses out of Nepal.
