I don't see happy faces here, wonder why? maybe a military parade is not the most exciting event in India.

Hello Miguel,
I notice there is a special ladies' section, and that's where the fine colours are found. It's a nice snapshot of the crowd, but nobody looks very enthusiastic. The small girls aren't even watching the parade. I would probably also find the marching soldiers boring after a few minutes. ;-)

The central woman in her ornately decorated red & yellow sari steals the show here. Good colour, sharpness, saturation and framing with a pleasant diffused light. Tfs!

Les spectateurs sont captivés par la parade militaire mais cela ne semble pas les rendre heureux si je me fie aux visages très fermés des gens. Aucun sourire.

I guess the public is divided in men and women, each one in a side. the sight of that man in blue looks more interested in the beautiful woman who is your man subject too, but she looks so bored.

A good photo focusing on the spectators rather than the parade itself. You managed to capture the expressions on their faces really clearly and the women's dresses added some bright colours to a cloudy day.
