Dans le fort d'Amber,
la lumière aime jouer avec les fenêtres ciselées.
On regarde la vue qui donne le vertige.
On regarde la lumière qui dessine sur le marbre.
On joue de ce décors mouvant.
On admire le travail et la peine.
On s'étonne du temps qui a passé sans laisser de traces.
Le fort d'Amber est beau comme une vieille dentelle.

the light likes to play with the engraved windows.
One looks at the sight which gives the giddiness.
One looks at the light which draws on the marble.
One plays this moving decorations.
One admires work and the sorrow.
One is astonished by the time which passed without leaving traces.

Hi Bertrand. I think you did a really good job here. I tried to get some decent shots in this exact area and failed miserably. Your exposure has really given the marble latticework a very lacelike look which is really great. The only thing I wish for this shot that rather than what appears to be a westerner, it would be great to see an Indian woman dressed in a saree instead. Nice shot.

Bertrand, c'est une des plus belles photos que j'ai vues. Dans mes favorites !
J'aime la lumière qui perce ces dentelles qui forment les fenêtres. Les ombres projetées continuent le graphisme. La présence humaine est un plus pour une photo qui est excellente.

Wow Bertrand, c'est vraiment une image qui excelle. C'est textures me rappelle des petits accessoires dans la maison de ma grand-mère, mais appart de ce nostalgie, je préfère quand même la version Indienne. Superbe jeu avec les ombres et parfait maitrise de la lumière. Belle inclusion de cette personne qui nous fait rêver de quoi elle contemple. (Dommage que la tête de son hombre soit coupé peut-être). You are quite right, the intricate pattern of the windows does look like lace, and it casts a magical shadow across the floor. The compositon with the three arches and the single figure on the right is very effective.

I like the repetition of the arches and the patterns. it is a very geometric shot, but the inclusion of the woman gazing out really finishes this shot off for me. I really like it.

What a beautiful photo and stunning shadow effect. I would think that exposure was difficult. I am glad the person did not stand in the middle window; also the stance is towards the left, so he/she is looking into the frame and not out of it.

Je me rappele très bien ceci. C'est excellent comment ceci est fait. Ca a l'air très fragile, mais cela tient déjà des siècles. Très bien pris en utilisant les arches comme cadrage.
