Some unknown..Taj Mahal provides many interesting human experience & encounters.Almost everybody takes a self portrait/with their family with the Taj as the backdrop. Many would come to the view point, take a snap, then leave..Most would spend few minutes for the snap. They walk away for a closer view..It looks so mechanical,i'm not sure whether we really enjoy the magnificent architecture..

Hello Nara
It is true that it is a pity sometimes which the people prefer to look at them same instead of seeing the beauties which surround them whereas Taj Mahal is certainly one of the wonders of humanity.
Regards
Marc

Hi Nara,
Good job you capture the picture from a perfect angle, plus a very atractive color.
Thank for sharing.

Hi Nara,

I have just come back from India. it was incredible how people hurried themselves to have their own pic with the Taj Mahal on the back instead of enjoying that magnificient place.

You have been luckier than me anyhow. you had a wonderful light for your pics!

ciao
Silvio

Nice photo and true reality. It's the same in China it's unconceivable to take a photo without a friend or relative on it. People try to witness the fact that "They have been here"

Hi Nara,
It's nice capture about this famous place. So, I saw that you brought out the people, but not the architeture, and I think that it was a great idea. In general the most of picture show the palace, but no people. It's great. good work. Consuelo

Namaste Nara. Nice PoV giving us different levels and also an elevated look at the couple. I like the human element together with the Taj, for after all, isn't it also connected to a famous couple! Beautiful colours, light and DoF. Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Nara,

Another splendid photo of Taj Mahal. This time the sky has magnificent blue color. I like the woman dress very much (salwar kameez?). They are so elegant. regards

Malgorzata

This is an unusual image of the subjects turning their back towards the wonder of the world! excellent POV & color & light...

Hello Nara,

I have seen lots of photographs of the Taj but I must say, I like this as one of the best! I like it because it shows the human attitude to the building! It does not live in isolation! It is a monument to be appreciated by people and therefore, people should be part of the scene! It is in no way diminished by their presence!
Great pov, wonderful colours and excellent detail!

Kind regards,
Bev :-)
Many thanks for your comments on 'Cottages of character'.

I like a lot your idea of portraying those tourists at that moment, the way they occupy the space of the photo is special and the colours are great too...
Compliments,
Cath.

Hi Nara!
You're showing the Taj in a different way. I like this composition with the couple in first plan. The colours are really good.

Nara,
a very good observation in your note. I have the same impression everywhere that I go to see the same kind of behaviour. I went recently to a place called the Painted Hills. I spend 4 days there and still couldn't get enough and at the same time I saw several people coming, getting out of the car, taking some pictures and leaving 5 minutes later the place .... ? What did they really see?
Your composition with the low POV is fantastic and the inclusion of the couple in the foreground and partially Taj Mahal in the background is absolutely perfect!
Peter
