Hej Partha,
A great clear photo in a blue hour of the temple in Kolkata. The light up in the sky makes it looking like there is a direct link up to heaven.

Beautiful Partha. Evem better than the previous one, since the blue sky and the iluminated temple make a wonderful contrast and most attractive setting. Congrats - I envy this view of yours.

Hi Partha, this is wonderful shot from excellent POV. I would have kept the shotter open for 1 Second to get a bit of ghost effect of people and little more light on the trees around the templa ;) excellent job.

Ciao Partha,
great shot! The white-moon light of the domes makes the temple something like a future fantascientific city in the future! Great blue-hour effect and sharpness.

Hello Partha,
The blue sky gives a nice coloring into your frame and the light conditions which captured so well give a lot of beauty to this impressive Temple.
I enjoy it very much...and for the high quality also!
Wishes for the weekend,
Thomas

Hi Partha,
A wonderful night shot.Sharpness, light and colours are nice.TFS.

Personally I think that the quality of this shot is perfect, Partha ! Also the moment and the illuminations, I like to watch the tiny silhouettes dwarfed by the big monument... But you did not mention in this particular note the name of this temple, I have my guess but I'll check first by opening your previous photo of the same place !
Very nice... But the life in the streets and closer are of more interest for me, as it is ever changing (well, you know already my tastes, and I think I know yours too !) :o))
Beautiful architecture and beautiful light too,
Compliments and best regards,
Cath.

Hello Partha,
on more shot from Birla Mandir at Kolkata, your fine image taken at the most perfect time of the day,the blue hour.I don't think you could better the quality or the sharpness, they are just outstanding. It's a superb capture, with the excellent details, artificial lights and colors to be impressive.Well done.

Hi Parthada,
Great to see that you have moved this one from the WS to the actual gallery.
As I said earlier, its a brilliant image, and the fact that it was a handheld shot, makes it even more praiseworthy. Great composition and a glorious view.
Nice to see pictures of Kolkata, sitting here in Delhi. This temple has a personal significance in particular, as I saw it getting completed from the terrace of my uncle's house, everytime I visited his place.
Thanks a lot for sharing this,
Regards,
Sagarneel.

Hi Parthada,
WOW! STUNNING! shot, considering that it was handheld. Your balcony has given you a really good POV. The "blue hour" was captured exceptionally well.
Thanks for sharing,
Shaeri

Hello Partha
I do remember your post of the Birla Mandir in the morning light and here I notice there are even more devotees...
The temple stands out well against the blue sky and as I already said, you've got a great view from your balcony!
Cheers

Hello Partha,
Fine details in the low light capture, which enhances the atmosphere that surrounds this beautiful piece of architecture!
The framing of dark forest makes the viewer focus on the structure, well done on exposure and composition...

hi Partha
I must say the long exposure has produced a good effect in your light control and in giving such sharp and clear photo of this temple. The blue hour is still evident.
I am sure Shaeri will find this very captivating, and I agree with Sagar's suggestion.
well dont
