Hello Gert,
A very nice composition. The marigold is so widely used in the subcontinent. Be it birth death or marriage.
Nice colors and the narrow DoF gives a nice effect.

Hej Gert,
A spectacular flower arrangement, very good colours! Very nice photo and quite interesting. When you say this is an irresistable motive, I checked here on TE for more pic´tures like this but couldn´t really find any, at least not in Ahmedabad. So you´ll get points for originality as well!

Helloo Gert,
Its a eyecatching flower ornament the man is making. The orange colour colud almost be the national flower of another "flower country" Holland.

Hello Gert,
bright, cheerful photo, although we know in what poor conditions ordinary working people live in India...
Looking at the right side of the photo I first thought that the photo may need a tilt... but when I looked at the garland of flowers hanging in front of the man I understood that no tilt is needed :)
Somehow, the very centre of the photo is concentrated on the man's hands.. No matter what detail in the picture you look at, the look will return to his hands making a flower.
Well, this is my humble opinion :)
Good details, deep colours and good sharpness also!

Hi Gert,
The colourful flowers are a nice introduction in the shot leading us to the man behind them. A great daily life documentary from a good angle.

Hi Gert, Well seen and executed shot of this colourful scene. I notice the that DOF extends for a fair distrance behind the man and wonder if you'd focused in front of him if you could have got more of the flowers sharp and still retained enough sharpness on him. Of course you needed him to be sharp, so it would have involved some risk of ruining the shot. His face is a little dark, but I will resist the temptation to brighten him up a bit :-) cheers, Steve
